Is it alright to use most beauty products during pregnancy?
Specifically, is it okay to use acne washes containing 1% salicylic acid or anti-aging creams? I am wondering about topical use only, as I know better than to ingest any sort of strange medications while pregnant.
Yes. I had to use acne wash while pregnant with my son, or I would have become one giant pimple! 
He was a totally healthy 9lb, 4.7oz boundle of joy! I also used, in limited amounts, sunless tanners while pregnant with my daughter, and she was a totally healthy 8lb baby.
