i’m 26 yrs old and i want to start on an anti-aging regimen any suggestions?
what is the best product to use for face and body? like eye creams, anti aging creams, so i will maintain my youthful skin… thanx
1] I like Olay.
2] use cleanser, sunscreen in AM; cleanser and moiturizer in PM
3] start using eye crem in late 20s
4] exfoliate twice a week [ do whole body with scrub at least once a week ]
5] take a multivitamin with minerals daily
6] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
7] eat LOTS of fruits and veggies
8] avoid fried, fast, and junk foods
9] regular aerobic exercise
10] DONT’S:
smoking
drinking in excess [ average more than 1/2 drink per day ]
drugs
tanning
