do all maybelline eyebrow powders HAVE to come with their small brush, or are there some that dont include it?

i think it does come with one of those little brushes… but why does it matter if i my ask? i dont see why its so big of a problem hat it comes with one lol. but thats just my oppinon… but yes i really do think it comes with one. theres a bit of space and there bottom which probably holds the brush.
